BVC has extensive experience with turning a blank space into a unique and attractive retail space according to a specific concept. We have provided and installed FCU air conditioning, sound systems, international standard MEP systems, kitchen equipment for Food & Beverage outlets including chillers and ovens, and also followed specific Pantone colours for signage and made custom fixtures and rack systems. BAKED. – Seminyak Village mall main entrance
Bali’s best croissants are now available at the main entrance of Seminyak Village mall thanks to BVC’s awesome team. We created a hip cafe, unique to BAKED.’s style, and extended the outdoor seating area for guests to mingle on the roadside bench seating with an extensive new canopy. Visit and come hungry! Naughty Nuri’s – Sanur
Another collaboration with the iconic ribs & martini’s restaurant, we completed this funky tourist attraction from the ground up in 6 months!
Papaya Supermarket – Plaza Renon Mall
From a blank space to a welcoming supermarket! Visit Papaya Fresh Supermarket at Plaza Renon and see our extensive custom work and grab Bali’s best sushi! BVC also did the Komugi Bakery beside Papaya. Well done team BVC!
Naughty Nuri’s, Seminyak
Keeping with the rustic vibe of this iconic restaurant, we used polished cement floors and recycled wood throughout. BVC continues to be the contractor Naughty Nuri’s calls upon because of the quality of our work and our team can do the work during the night shift so not to disturb the restaurant’s business hours.

Tapas Bar at Grand Livio Hotel, Kuta
BVC completed a complete renovation of Grand Livio hotel’s bar area to become a modern Tapas bar and restaurant! Check out the stunning bar and kitchen, massive steel sliding doors, wrought iron shelving and the converted new terrace and outdoor seating area that was once part of the parking lot, among other works all following their specific modern-industrial design concept. Well done team BVC!
Sensatia Botanicals on Jl. Legian, Kuta
BVC found the location of this shop, demolished the existing shop, and provided a complete fit out with attractive signage and inviting terrace and Sensatia’s trademark gorgeous teak wood flooring, not to mention renovating the existing bathroom from a squat toilet into a modern and functional space, all in less than 5 weeks!

WH SMITH Express Cafe at International Arrivals Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali
Fit out of a Food and Beverage unit for UK company WHSmith. BVC furnished the restaurant from floor to ceiling with FCU air conditioning system, MEP, chillers, complete kitchen equipment with ovens and a panini grill, furniture, labelling, signage, promotional wall media and fixtures, all according to the UK team of WHSmith’s specific designs.
BPR Indra Bank on Jl. Imam Bonjol, Denpasar
BVC is proud to work together with the BPR Indrah team to open their most impressive branch at a 3 story office building in downtown Denpasar. The BVC team did a complete fitout including an impressive glass and aluminum wall curtain for the facade, all teller desks and interior design, CCTV, lighting and signage.
Spring Spa at Seminyak Village Mall
BVC to the rescue! This spa was in need of some major TLC and BVC delivered. This renovation required a lot of attention to detail while we refinished the flooring, repainted and restained all surfaces, replaced the regular glass with tempered glass on all pergolas and windows, and installed local and imported top-quality furnishings among other work. The major part of the renovation was the reception area that needed to be weatherproof, so we replaced the leaking wood shutters and added aluminium shutters and replaced the regular glass over the pergola with tempered, and added ZipTrak blinds and restained the pergola frame black for an ultra modern look. All this while the owners were in New Zealand and the spa was running while this renovation was being completed!

Our 4th Sensatia Botanicals shop, completed in 26 days! A gorgeous little gem of a shop with gorgeous signage that cannot be missed.

Sensatia Botanicals at Lippo Mall, Kuta
BVC completed their 3rd Sensatia fitout at Lippo Mall in Kuta, a corner shop with a curved facade. This shop used rolling doors, 12mm tempered glass, teak parquet flooring and well… stop by and see for yourself this beautiful shop. It was completed in 5 weeks! As the owner said, pretty much all he had to do was plug in the computer. Well done team!
